3. Sampling & Prototype Approval
Next, we create prototypes based on your approved specifications. These samples allow you to evaluate fit, feel, structure and finish before bulk production begins. We can share samples directly or through digital review, and fine-tune details together until you’re completely confident moving forward.
4. Full-Scale Manufacturing
Once samples are approved and your order is confirmed, we enter the production phase. Our skilled team handles every aspect — from cutting and sewing to finishing touches — in line with your chosen design. Each garment is made with precision to reflect the quality standard you expect.
5. Quality Assurance & Packing
Quality is central to everything we do. Throughout production, garments undergo thorough inspections to ensure they meet your specifications. Once completed, each piece is carefully finished and packed, ready for delivery.
6. Delivery & Aftercare
When production is complete, we arrange shipping to your chosen destination — whether that’s within the UK or internationally. We can offer a range of delivery options to suit your timeline and budget. After delivery, our team is here to support you with any follow-up questions or needs.
